    We had a suite on the fifth floor with an ocean view. It was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All in all we liked it very much.

    The bathroom was big. However, it would have to be modernized. Shower curtain! Shower has to be adjusted with two taps. Regulation of the water temperature very difficult. A make-up mirror is missing. Toilet brush only provided after request. Lighting too dark.

    everything was very good, so were magnificent views of the mountains and the strip. the breakfast was savoury and enjoyable with lots of choice. wake-up service, available in my suite, was a nice bonus. the staff was attentive and best and the food was awesome. the service was good, i had 7 lovely nights here.

    champagne breakfast! otherwise normal breakfast. after 5 days rather boring. the evening buffet is very good. fresh fish prepared right in front of your eyes. staff always attentive. Reception courteous. the location is great. directly on the beach.

    It is big, maybe too big, and of course the towel is placed on the lounger before breakfast

    friendly staff

    The location is unbeatable, just steps from el camison beach, and we enjoyed the 1,200 square metres circular swimming pool. Staff were cute, greeting us with a glass of freixenet on arrival, a lovely touch!

    the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some updates.

    Very good hotel that is joined to two sister hotels that are even more grander. Adjacent to excellent/safe beach with short walks to fine shopping areas & large choice of places to dine either within hotel complex or outside. Reasonable entertainment during day & evening. Have been to Tenerife at least 5 times, our holiday at the Mediterranean Palance was the best. Can't wait to book up again. Compared to UK, you have a 5 Star hotel at 3 Star prices ! .

    Nice spot for nightlife lovers

    The room was pretty spacious with a pool view, cool. Cleanliness was on point and the location is perfect for enjoying the local nightlife. One beef I had was that there was only one plug in the room, made charging a pain. The snack bar was a nice touch, though!
